WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE MY SERVICE

We get asked quite frequently from customers do we need to do anything before our service so be thought we would make this section to help you all out below is a section of things required and also things that would be helpful.

Things Required

Caravan / motorhome to be clear inside to allow the technician to work and gain access to preform their job efficiently.
Caravan / motorhome to be on level ground so safe to work on.
Caravan to have at least 4ft clearance around outside to enable access.
Caravan / motorhome to be moved prior to appointment time. (to allow correct access)
Gas bottle to be present and has gas in bottle.
Plugged into mains. (were possible we do have generators on board)
Caravan / motorhome wheel locks, hitch locks, corner steadies locks removed and also removal tools available.
motorhome to have on board water already.

Things That Would Be Helpful

Caravan / motorhome to be completely clear inside
Caravan / motorhome to be full of water ie tanks
All know faults made a wear of prior to starting service
